Full Text:To say if you are hungry we will feed you and that if you are tired we will give you a place to rest is to affirm responsibility. To declare that the world owes you and all men a living is to take the first step toward deciding you owe something to the world. We encourage all to create and to work for the benefit of others but that encouragement loses all meaning with-out the option of declining. By providing people with food clothing and shelter we do not rob the receivers of their humanity because that can not be done. Neither do we rob them of their initiative because that too is impossible. We merely provide food shelter and clothing because it should be done.
