Imported olive oil
(Not more expensive than California, but lots of difference in taste.)
Mushrooms-handful
Yellow Onion
Two small ripe tomatos
Extra Sharp Chedar Cheese Chunk
Uno Zucini
** Heat olive oil slowly-ALWAYS keep the flame very small
Brown sliced onion slowly - Paprika, Salt, Pepper
Add sliced mushrooms- Let both cook until brown and soft.
Add plumply sliced zuccini- Dill Weed or similar green spice.
Add tiny pieces tomato after zuccini has been in awhile.
Break cheese into small pieces and scatter over.
Green onion tops if you have them over that.
Done when cheese melts.
Z U C C I N I
Boil sliced zuccini in lightly salted water. Butter, salt, pepper.
Dip ½" slices into egg, then flour, then egg again, then flour again.
Sprinkle with Paprika (p. browns everything)
Fry both sides brown and turn down flame and let cook.
ZUCCINNI is good raw with salt and pepper
BAKE zucini whole
Bake zucini as a shelll scooped out with something inside
